I am absolutely amazed at the quality of my plan and time that was put into it. As a vegan (for medical reasons) it is extremely hard to find a trainer that is willing to work with me. I usually get trainers that give me the run around and then say they will give me a workout plan but never the diet due to my restrictions. Not Alysia! She gave me a fantastic meal plan that is constant changing and not “a bowl of lettuce”. A workout plan that is absolutely fantastic and explains everything in detail. With a supplement plan that lines up with my diet and exercise schedule. I could not be more happy with her and her abilities as a personal trainer. Her timeliness to respond, get a quality plan back to you and professionalism are unbeatable. Thank you!
